Share Ad-Free Web Articles Using Reader View

By iPad Pete 3 Comments

So today, your iPhone alerted you that you just got an email from your friend. The email’s title says, “Hey, look at this news today!”.

You opened the news link inside the email. Sadly, you didn’t continue to read the article because of this one reason – there are many ads.

You see different ads such as Amazon sales, a promotion from nearby hotels, or widgets on your device’s screen that are irrelevant. When we want to read something, we don’t want distractions, right?

Luckily, there’s a Safari feature that lets you remove these annoying ads. The best part also is you can directly email the article to your friend containing the original link of it and all the article’s contents, ad-free!

Sharing Ad-Free Web Articles

  1. Once you are on the actual web article, tap the “AA” symbol.

2. Tap “Show Reader View”.

If this option is not available, it means that the page doesn’t support Reader View.

3. From this point, all ads are gone. To share this article, simply tap the “Share” icon.

4. Type the recipient’s email address and tap the “Send” icon.

That’s all! Again, before sending an article to your friend, make sure to use Reader View first to enjoy an ad-free reading.

Your friends and family will love receiving your ad-free shared web articles! Let them discover how, by using the Share Buttons below… I really appreciate you spreading the word about my Free Daily iPhone Tips! 🙂

Wow! Thank you. Those Ads are necessary and they do pay for them being shown but they are a pain in the neck and deleting them has always been difficult. Two thumbs up for that lesson.
