Apple has pushed back the release of its latest masterpiece the iPhone 12 due to COVID-related production delays.
Apple has yet to give an official release date. But, the speculation is that there will be a big iPhone 12 event Tuesday October 13th. And the release date will be October 23rd. With pre-orders starting Friday October 16th.
But who knows, after Apple surprised the online rumor mill and released iOS 14 with only a day’s notice.
The iPhone 12 will come in 4 different models in sizes 5.4″, 6.7″, and 6.1″. Apple is also introducing a new Blue iPhone option.
The iPhone 12 will feature a Triple-lens 3D camera, better connectivity with 5g, a faster processor with the A14 Chip, and a new physical design.
The starting price will be $649.
If you have an iPhone older than the iPhone 6, you may want to consider getting the new iPhone 12 since older iPhones can’t be upgraded to the new iOS 14. (Note: You can update the iPhone 6s, but not the 6 or 6 Plus.)
I may not be camping in line overnight for an iPhone 12. But, I do plan on getting one.
What about you? Are you planning on getting the new iPhone 12?
