We use our Notes app for a lot of reasons. Where else we would keep our random thoughts from 2019 or that recipe that we copied from our grandmother’s cookbook? Now there’s one more thing to love about Notes, you can print them!
If you’ve been faithfully using Notes to scan your business receipts for your accountant, now is your time to shine. Or if you scanned a document that you need to physically sign, no need to fret. Printing Notes is easy once you know where to look.
For this to work, you need a wireless printer so it can connect with your iPhone. If your printer was made after 2003, you are likely in good shape.
Step 1. Open the Notes app.
Step 2. Select the note you want to print.
Step 3. Tap the “…” icon in the top right corner.
Step 4. Select “Send a Copy” from the menu that shows up on the bottom.
Step 5. Scroll to “Print” and select that option.
Step 6. Tap “Select Printer” and from the list that comes up choose the printer you will be using.
Step 7. Tap “Print” in the top right corner. Note: Before you select “Print” choose the number of copies you need using the – and + buttons.
Now you can print and share your notes with everyone!
I may print them all out and make a book called Notes from my iPhone. Destined to be a top seller in the comedy section!
