Good News! FaceTime is no longer limited to Apple devices only. Now your Android and PC Friends can join in the conversation!
With iOS 15, Apple is finally letting non-Apple users join your FaceTime calls.
You can now schedule and send a FaceTime link to anybody you want to video chat with — even if they don’t have an iPhone.
Sending a FaceTime call link is one of the most convenient ways to invite a contact to join a call. The invitation link can be sent via Text, Email, Social Media, or any other way you want to send someone a link.
To create a link to a FaceTime call, follow these steps:
1. From your FaceTime app, tap “Create Link”.

2. Tap “Add Name”.

3. Type the name of the FaceTime link and tap “OK”.

4. Choose how you want to send the invitation link.

5. Add the contacts to whom you want to send the link.

6. Type your message and tap the send icon.

Now you can send an invite link to anyone, even if they aren’t on an Apple Device. Then they can easily tap the link to join your FaceTime call.
This is very handy especially if you have to call a group, or if you have a recurring meeting every week.
And if they are on an Apple Device, you won’t need to search through your contacts list anymore. Just send them the link to join your call!

This is good!
Is the link only for android or pc users? Do Apple users join the call same as before? Could apple users use the text link to join as well?
