New Emoji Designs

They include a shaking face emoji, two new pushing hand gestures for the left and right hand, and the eagerly anticipated variations on the heart emoji.

Additional brand-new emoji include a hyacinth, pea pod, ginger, folding hand fan, hair pick, flute, maracas, and Khanda.

They are divided into categories, including food and drink, activities, items, and symbols.

They’ll be available starting in early 2023 on all platforms that allow them.

It’s anticipated that the final public release will happen in March or April 2023.

Who is Responsible for Creating Emojis?

The Unicode Consortium is the organization responsible for approving and releasing new emoji designs.

They create an updated version of emojis each year. This year’s batch is called Emoji 15.0.
