Recently Added Apps in the App Library

By iPad Pete Leave a Comment

Recently Added

Apple has created a folder on your App Library Screen called “Recently Added”.

In your “Recently Added” folder… Apps that you’ve recently downloaded, or any App Clips that you’ve recently launched, will appear in your App Library, making them easy to find.

Here’s how you can find “Recently Added” Apps & App Clips in your App Library…

1. Start on your home screen and swipe left until you find your App Library screen.

2. Locate the folder in the upper right corner labeled “Recently Added.”

“Recently Added” will always be one of the first two folders. It will always be right next to your “Suggestions” folder.

3. Tap directly on one of the three App Icons to go directly to that app.

4. Or, tap the small sub-folder in the lower right corner of the “Recently Added” folder to open another screen with even more recently installed Apps.

After tapping on the sub-folder, you’ll always see the last eight applications that you installed on your device, in the order that you installed them.

Just like with your “Suggested” folder, your options in the “Recently Added” folder will change over time, as you add more apps to your iPhone.
